Q. Who is REDC?
A. Real Estate Disposition Corporation (REDC) traces its inception back to 1990. Q. What size auction can REDC handle?
A. REDC can accommodate an auction of almost any size. We are able to conduct events with as few as 10 properties for a small developer/builder, to 1000’s of properties for our largest Lender REO customers

Q. Won’t I be giving away my properties if I conduct an auction?
A. No, No, No! A properly conducted auction by REDC is a Retail Auction event. Our superior marketing and auction methodology is designed to give you…..the Seller, maximum flexibility and downside protection. Think of an auction as nothing more than a condensed marketing campaign with sale date certainty.
   
   
Q. Don’t auctions cost a lot more than other conventional marketing methods?
A. Not at all! Since you are already spending money monthly on promotion, personnel and other associated costs, when you choose to do an auction, you are simply taking the sum of what you would normally spend over the next several months and accelerating that sum into a high-powered 30-day auction-marketing campaign. In addition, many of your other costs of sale are even less expensive when utilizing an auction!
